Oklahoma City isn’t known for having the best contemporary musicians (though we’re still waiting for Kevin Durant’s hip hop album), but Q.U.I.L.’s (Quiet Until It’s Loud) self-titled EP is a nice slice of synth/dream pop. Check it out below
