Having previously worked with the likes of So Percussion, Alarm Will Sound, and NOW Ensemble, David T. Little’s experience is on full display on his powerful album, Haunt of Last Nightfall.
New Amsterdam Records is releasing American composer/percussionist David T. Little’s Haunt of Last Nightfall next month and have posted a track from the effort online. New Amsterdam is known for its cutting-edge artists, but we rarely experience something as visceral as “…and there was morning – The Second Day” coming from its ranks. Think a more structured Ben Frost jamming with Master Musicians of Bukkake, and that is where this track exists. It’s a suitable teaser, and we’re intrigued to see where the rest of the album will take us.
